Irreversible Action Warning: Deleting your account permanently purges your business profile, client contact book, and all generated invoice history from Invoice Maker cloud servers. This action cannot be reversed.
Method 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Fastest)
If you have access to the Invoice Maker app on your iOS or Android device, you can permanently delete your account and all associated cloud data immediately without any waiting period:
Open the Invoice Maker app and tap the Profile icon on the bottom navigation bar.
Scroll down to the Account section and select Delete Account.
Review the confirmation warning, re-authenticate if prompted, and confirm. All records are purged from Firestore immediately.
Method 2: Web Deletion Request Portal
If you have uninstalled the app, lost your device, or cannot log in to your mobile session, submit your deletion request below. Our operations team will process your request within 48 hours.
Categories of Data Purged Upon Deletion
- Authentication Identifiers: Your Firebase Authentication record and user ID (UID).
- Business Details: Business name, owner name, business address, email, phone number, and tax ID.
- Client Records: All client names, billing addresses, contacts, and tax IDs saved in your account.
- Invoices, Reports & Estimates: All issued, pending, paid, draft invoice documents, financial summaries, and reports stored in secured Firestore.
